Ranchi, August 28th, 2026: Interio by Godrej, a leading furniture brand from the Godrej Enterprises Group, has announced the launch of its new store in Deoghar, Jharkhand, further strengthening its retail presence in the state. Spread across 4,000 sq. ft., this marks Interio by Godrej's first exclusive store in Deoghar, bringing the brand's comprehensive range of furniture solutions closer to consumers in the city and the surrounding region.
Speaking on the launch, Dr. Dev Narayan Sarkar, Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Business, Interio by Godrej, said, “Our new store in Deoghar, Jharkhand reflects our continued commitment to expanding our presence across emerging markets and bringing high-quality furniture solutions closer to consumers. With the launch of this store, we expect revenues to touch INR 70 lakh this financial year. We also plan to open 8 more outlets across Jharkhand by the end of FY27 and aim to achieve 20% CAGR in the state over the next three years. We expect revenues from the state to reach INR 25 Cr and the Eastern region to reach INR 450 Cr. With this expansion, we remain committed to strengthening our retail footprint across Jharkhand and providing consumers with an enhanced and convenient furniture shopping experience.”
The new store is strategically located in Baijnathpur, Deoghar, along one of the city’s prominent connectors, offering convenient accessibility to customers across the city and surrounding areas. The location has been strategically selected considering Deoghar’s ongoing infrastructure development and improving rail, road and air connectivity, which have contributed to growing demand for furniture in the region. The road in front of the store serves as an important connector within the city, further enhancing the store’s visibility and accessibility for consumers.
