Mumbai, 10th April 2026: Built on the premises of ‘Godrej Promise’, the latest TV campaign by the Appliances Business of Godrej Enterprises Group reinforces the brand’s commitment towards unlocking experiences that build trust and loyalty among consumers. Announcing a Five-years Comprehensive Warranty with no hidden costs* across its products, the campaign instils a strong sense of reassurance, empowering consumers with confidence in their appliance purchase decisions. 

Drawing from the insight that promises are easily made in everyday situations but seldom delivered with genuine accountability, the film weaves together a series of relatable, slice of life moments. Scenes featuring a fitness trainer assuring results, children making quick promises at home, and a sports captain assuring the team’s victory. The narrative takes a humorous turn as each assurance is challenged by ‘Godrej Promise’, reinforcing the message that the 5‑year warranty from Godrej is a promise of quality without any hidden costs.

The campaign extends across a wide portfolio, with the Godrej Promise applicable on all refrigerators, washing machines, split and inverter window air conditioners, air coolers, microwave ovens, deep freezers sold from 1st April 2026.

The film is conceptualized by TBWA Lintas, and the 20, 25 & 30 secs versions will be live on linear and connected TV, alongside social platforms.
