Ingredients:

     For Dough
All-purpose Flour1 cup
Ghee2 tsp
Ajwain1 tsp
SaltAs required
WaterAs required
For Filling
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes2
Boiled Peas¼ cup
Grated Ginger¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
Coriander Powder½ tsp
Cumin PowderA pinch
Kasoori Methi1 tsp
Lemon Juice2 tsp
Garam Masala1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Oil3 tbsp

Step by Step Samosa Recipe: 

For Dough Preparation:

Step 1: Mix Maida, salt, oil, ghee, and ajwain till crumbly. Add water to form a firm, pliable dough.

Step 2: Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
 

Recipe For Samosa:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients for the filling.

Step 2: Roll each ball into a 6-inch circle, then cut in half.

Step 3: Apply the paste on edges, add the filling, fold into triangle-shaped pockets, and seal the edges with water. Repeat for the rest of the samosas.

Step 4: Place samosas on the crispy plate and brush with oil.

Step 5: Put the crispy plate on the high grill mesh rack and select the category ‘oil free/air fry’, enter the recipe number, set the weight and press Start.

Step 6: Flip the samosas when the oven beeps and cook till crisp. Serve hot.
