They needed a consolidated solution that delivered 100% product selectivity and efficient inventory tracking. We designed and implemented a flexible Mobile Pallet Racking system, utilising vertical space optimally with racks up to 8.1 metres high along an 86-metre rail, providing 5,519 pallet positions. Our system incorporated intelligent Location Management Software for accurate, real-time inventory tracking and was configured for future scalability. We added features like spiral conveyors, lifts, enhanced lighting, and ergonomic design to improve material flow, reduce manual handling, and boost safety. Our solution increased storage capacity by 70% and ensured seamless operations for peak production demands.
