Godrej has been playing a key role in ensuring the safety of the citizens of India. Providing free home safety check-ups was the first step to assuring the protection of people’s homes, however now, Godrej has introduced the 8th edition of ‘My Home Safety Plan’ including — a dynamic safety hub offering the HSQ test, personalized home safety check-ups, and practical tips to help families take proactive steps toward security.

Since its inception in 2017, Home Safety Day (November 15) has been central to Godrej Locks' mission to create safer living environments. Each year, this day emphasizes the importance of home safety, driving meaningful change and raising awareness nationwide.

In previous editions, Godrej Locks introduced free home safety check-ups, which have now been opted for by more than 1.49 lakh people. We also launched the My Home Safety Quotient (HSQ) Quiz, empowering people with essential safety insights through which one can assess their home safety by themselves. Over 66,000 individuals have engaged with this test to check their home safety score. Our initiative, the Life Safe, Live Free program, which was executed at the ground level. Here the local police had given tips around home safety across 50+ housing societies.

In this 8th edition, we are proud to introduce My Home Safety Plan—a dynamic safety hub offering the HSQ test, personalized home safety check-ups, and practical tips to help families take proactive steps toward security.

To ensure that the home safety awareness drive reaches more number of people we have release Fear is Good campaign which highlights the positive side of fear. When understood, fear can be a powerful motivator, encouraging us to stay vigilant and take precautions against potential risks. Through these initiatives, Godrej Locks reaffirms its commitment to building a culture of safety in every home.
